首先試著整理分析，明確目標(biāo)，分析現(xiàn)狀找出事情的原因，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的本質(zhì)，然后確立解決方案。站在整體的角度，再?gòu)木植窟M(jìn)行分析。如果不看清整體就輕易下結(jié)論，就會(huì)造成視野狹窄的錯(cuò)誤。
First try to analyze through integral, set the goals, analyze the current situation and find out the reasons which are the real nature of the problem,then establish the solution program.Analyze in the integral standpoint of view and then in part of view.Make a hasty judgement without seeing the whole situation,will make mistakes because of narrow vision.
要看到事物的整體形象，如同小鳥(niǎo)飛到空中鳥(niǎo)瞰森林的全貌，從整體上進(jìn)行觀察，進(jìn)行整體上的把握再處理問(wèn)題。
To see the integral of things, need to fly as birds overlooking the whole forest,observe from the overall vision,and then solve the problem integrally.

整體分析要先做水平的思考，然后再進(jìn)行局部有深度的垂直思考。在做垂直思考的同時(shí)把水平思考也結(jié)合起來(lái),做出有效的分析。
The integral analysis is first in lateral thinking, and then vertical thinking in deep.Combine the vertical thinking with the lateral thinking at the same time,so can make effective analysis.
比如我們要建“新型農(nóng)村別墅”,在對(duì)農(nóng)村改革這個(gè)周?chē)蟓h(huán)境進(jìn)行水平思考的市場(chǎng)分析，然后還要對(duì)建筑物改革諸如建筑材料，循環(huán)利用，廢物處理等進(jìn)行深入分析的垂直思考。在一個(gè)寬度的整體層面上排列出先后順序。
For example, we want to build 'new type of rural villa', first we think about the market of rural reform surrounding environment in lateral analysis, and then in-depth analysis of vertical thinking to the building reform, such as building materials, recycling, waste treatment etc.Arranged points in orders in a width of overall level of view.
把握事物整體的時(shí)候一定要注意避免出現(xiàn)思考的遺漏點(diǎn)和重復(fù)。如果考慮不到位就會(huì)失去機(jī)會(huì),如果將各種復(fù)雜的關(guān)系重疊在一起，就會(huì)產(chǎn)生混亂。
To grasp integral you must avoid the missing points and repeating points during thinking. If you are not thoughful enough will lose the opportunity,if overlap the complex relations will cause confusion.

如果你沒(méi)有邏輯性，表達(dá)能力不強(qiáng)，缺乏說(shuō)服力，說(shuō)話不連貫出現(xiàn)跳躍，對(duì)方很難理解我們的意思。推薦使用三角邏輯將結(jié)論，數(shù)據(jù)，論據(jù)結(jié)合起來(lái)。據(jù)說(shuō)我們最容易記住的是三點(diǎn)，所以在向人們傳達(dá)的時(shí)候建議配置三個(gè)左右的論據(jù)，再為論據(jù)配置三個(gè)左右可以支持它們的數(shù)據(jù)，如果你有很多內(nèi)容，也請(qǐng)盡量縮小至三點(diǎn)。在演講或職場(chǎng)的說(shuō)話表達(dá)可以常常使用這個(gè)方法。
If you are without logic,not good in expressing ability, lack of convincing,speaking in incoherent jump, the other person will be difficult to understand you.Here recommend you use triangular logic to combine conclusions, data, and arguments together.It is said that we are most likely to remember three points,so when you convey to the other people suggest you using three arguments, and then three of their supported data, if you have a lot of content, please also try to conclude them to three points.We can use this method during a speech or expression during work.
我們可以先明確自己的觀點(diǎn)，然后再搜集可以證明的數(shù)據(jù)，論據(jù)，也可以根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)和論據(jù)推出結(jié)論，必要的時(shí)候可以插入事例。
We can first clear our point of view, and then collect the data,arguments that can be proved to the view, we can also draw conclusions based on the data and arguments, if necessary, you can insert examples.

我們還可以運(yùn)用邏輯樹(shù)，邏輯圖形對(duì)信息進(jìn)行整理，在一張紙上列出來(lái)，這樣頭腦就會(huì)比較清晰了。
We can also use the logic tree, logic graphics to collating information, list them on paper, so our mind will be more clear.
