*      半個(gè)世紀(jì)以前，協(xié)稅古鎮(zhèn)前后街環(huán)街，百貨商鋪林立，食堂旅館金銀鋪，米面集木桿牛馬市場，閱樓壩古戲樓福音堂，東岳廟木佛寺，男女學(xué)堂一應(yīng)俱全。那時(shí)候，寺院有廟產(chǎn)，社火會有家當(dāng)，商戶捐助積極，文娛活動不愁經(jīng)費(fèi)。所以，每個(gè)月都有戲劇公演，每逢節(jié)日更加熱鬧，甚至搭起臺子唱對臺戲。蕩秋千、跑黃河，耍社火跑竹馬子燈，采蓮船走村串戶，孩子們整個(gè)正月，跟著熱鬧好不快活！
         1958集體化以后，政社合一，一切由上級安排，農(nóng)村鄉(xiāng)俗視為迷信，社火戲劇服裝文革銷毀。十年浩劫之后，農(nóng)民自發(fā)復(fù)興鄉(xiāng)俗文化，然街市繁榮不在，籌集經(jīng)費(fèi)成為最大困難。國家級非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)漢調(diào)桄桄戲，陜西省非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)協(xié)稅社火，仰承政.府撥款杯水車薪，磋商民間募集經(jīng)費(fèi)又何其難哉？是故正月初一雖有龍燈，青年小伙卻無力持續(xù)進(jìn)行；只有正月十五至十七日，傳統(tǒng)比賽社火按照規(guī)矩勉力為之。
         最近網(wǎng)上有客商聯(lián)系，中國最美油菜花海旅游文化節(jié)，如何聯(lián)系土特產(chǎn)和地方小吃，在協(xié)稅主會場展銷事宜。我們立即在幾個(gè)網(wǎng)站論壇，公布協(xié)稅鎮(zhèn)gov-ern-ment幾個(gè)電話；并告知協(xié)稅鎮(zhèn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，盡快籌備劃分市場區(qū)塊，通過各大媒體宣傳招商。這應(yīng)該是協(xié)稅古鎮(zhèn)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)，籌集活動經(jīng)費(fèi)最佳途徑。
        由是考慮，可以把元宵節(jié)社火與漢調(diào)桄桄戲結(jié)合起來，辦成春節(jié)物質(zhì)交流大會：春節(jié)初五至初十耍社火龍燈采蓮船，十一至十七公演桄桄戲社火并舉，其中十五至十七上下街比社火。三天傳統(tǒng)社火不足以招商，初五至十七歷時(shí)十三天，這樣就可以開成物質(zhì)交流大會了。屆時(shí)動員所有街巷門面房對商戶出租，既可為村民增加收入，社火會也可收取招商經(jīng)費(fèi)。如果此舉成功，可在協(xié)稅每季度舉辦一次戲劇社火為主的物質(zhì)交流大會，逐步恢復(fù)半個(gè)世紀(jì)以前的繁榮氣象并非夢幻。
        有了社火和桄光戲劇活動經(jīng)費(fèi)，即可為協(xié)稅漢調(diào)桄桄戲劇和社火，舉辦常規(guī)和業(yè)余培訓(xùn)班，加上端公戲劇的恢復(fù)和演出，可以走出傳承弘揚(yáng)發(fā)展陜南最重要的三大非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的道路，也為千年戲劇之鄉(xiāng)的復(fù)興創(chuàng)造了歷史機(jī)遇。無論黨政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部群眾，抑或老少男女村民和師生，都應(yīng)為協(xié)稅古鎮(zhèn)復(fù)興歡欣鼓舞。
        寶漢高速公路經(jīng)過協(xié)稅成為南鄭西大門，南充至漢中途徑協(xié)稅高鐵已經(jīng)提出計(jì)劃，漢調(diào)桄桄戲成為國家級非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)，協(xié)稅社火正式列入陜西省非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)，2010年3月26日陜西省政.府在協(xié)稅古鎮(zhèn)隆重舉辦“中國最美油菜花海旅游文化節(jié)”，“復(fù)興漢中，人人有責(zé)”，如此千載難逢的歷史機(jī)遇，我們?nèi)私艿仂`的天漢兒女豈能熟視無睹？

Half a century ago, ancient town xieshui were street around street,shops and goods were everywhere.There were   eateries,hotels,gold and silver stores,rice and flour market,wood market,bull and horse market .There were yuelou plain ,theatrical stage and fuyin hall,east hill temple and wooden buddlist temple,school for male and female students.At that time, temple had its properity,so did the fire community .Businessmen donated actively,so the activities for entertainment were not afraid of money.Every month we had play performance in public.It will be more lively when festivals,people even had rival show.Swinging ,paohuanghe(a kind of play in country ),playing the Shehuo and lotus gathering boat.Children were happy all the lunar January.
After collectivization in 1958,government and commun cooperate,everything were arranged by the superior.Rural culture customs were viewed as superstition.The fire costumes were destoryed during the Culture Revolution.After ten years' catastrophe ,famers wanted to revive their culture.However, the prosperity can't be back again.Raising founds has become the most difficult problem.Guangguang play ,Shehuo can't keep only   by government founds.It's difficult to raise money by NGO .Though there were dragon lanern in lunar January 1st,young men can't continue.Only from 15 to 17 ,traditional Shehuo race were held.
Recently some travelling traders are discussing on Internet about the China's most beautiful rape flower-sea tourism festival,how to contact local speciality and snack for sale.We immediately announce some of the phone numbers of xieshui government and suggest them to divide market plate ,attracting investment by medias.This should be the best way for xieshui to raise founds.
      If so,we can combine the Shehuo with guangguang play and hold a goods-exchanging maket during the Spring Festival.From 5th to 10th ,we play the Shehuo , drangon lantern and louts boat .From 11th to 17th   ,we play both the Shehuo and guangguang play .During it,15 to 17,there will be a Shehuo match between the different side of the street.3-day traditional the Shehuo can't attract investment,thus we have 13 days to form a exchanging market.We advice the residents to rent the first floor, which will bring income and gain money for the Shehuo.If it is succeeded,exchanging market based on the Shehuo and play will be held every month. Recovering the prosperity half a century ago is not a dream.
      With the found ,we can have the regular or sparetime training classes and create a historic chance for the opera town.No matter leaders and   villagers,men and women ,teachers and students,all should feel inspiration with the recovery of the town.
Bao-han freeway will pass xie shui which becomes the west gate of Nanzheng,Nanchong-hanzhong high- speed railway through xieshui has been put forward into project. Guangguang play has become one of the national non-material cultural heritages.The Shehuo has been listed into Shaanxi Province non-material cultural relics.On Mar.26,2010,Shaanxi government has held "the most beautiful rape flower-sea tourism festival"in xieshui town ."Everyone has the responsibility to develope HanZhong city",as Hanzhong 'descendent,how can we lose such a opportunity we have never met before?
