Where there is a will, there is a way
It is widely believed that some people are born lucky, because they possess high intelligence. But high intelligence is not equal to success. No pains, no gains. Success is built upon tremendous amount of study, practice and devotion.
In fact, researches have evidence that diligence for one’s work is a key factory for success. Life is a struggle, just as the most striking part of Longfellow’s poem: “Be a hero in the strife.”Beethoven was a typical “hero in the strife”. As a deaf man, he went on working with his strong will in the last year of his life, through he was not able to hear his own fine music. Marie Curie, a famous scientist, also has set a good example. In 1898, Marie found a new element in the pitchblende. In order to improve her discovery, Marie and her husband worked hard. At last they saw the dim blue light of new element ——radium. Her dream had come true.
Success comes from one _ percent inspiration and ninety _ nine percent perspiration. Please have a definite goal first. Hold fast to your will. The path to will may not be smooth and wide, even some sacrifices are needed, but hold on to the end, you will find there is no greater happiness than making your will come true.

Where There Is a Will There Is a Way
1．堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的意志是成功的重要保證。

3．學(xué)生也是這樣，不刻苦學(xué)習(xí)，終究不會(huì)成為有用之才。
One of the most important things to succcss is a firm.reso1ution. A great man is al ways one who has a firm resolution and an inflexible spirit. One will never succeed all his life without a firm will to get the final victory.
As a rule, great tasks are accomplished by men of strong will. For example, Dr. Sun Yatsen set the Cbinese people free from the rule of the Qing Dynasty through a long pcriod of hard struggle. Many of his attempts failed and many of bis followers were killed, but he had an inflexible spirit and sticked to his cause. Finally, he made the revo lution of 1911 a success.
A student who has no resolution will never succeed in his studies. The same is true of men in all walks of life. We must have a firm resolution first, if we wish to succeed. We must always remember thc old saying that where there is a will there is a way.
有志者事竟成
堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的意志是成功的重要保證。偉大的人物總是有堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的決心和不屈不撓的精神。一個(gè)人沒(méi)有爭(zhēng)取勝利的堅(jiān)定決心，決不會(huì)成功。
一般地說(shuō)，意志堅(jiān)定的人才能完成偉大使命，譬如，孫中山先生經(jīng)歷了長(zhǎng)期的艱苦斗爭(zhēng)把中國(guó)人民從清朝統(tǒng)治下解放出來(lái)。他的許多次嘗試失敗了，他的許多追隨者遭到殺害。然而，他取得了1911年革命的成功。
沒(méi)有堅(jiān)強(qiáng)意志的學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)上不會(huì)成功。在生活的各個(gè)方面也是如此。如果我們想要成功，首先要有堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的意志。我們應(yīng)當(dāng)牢記這句俗話：有志者事竟成。

The key to success is not so much money as a strong will.A great man is one who has a strong will and an indomitable spirit.In other words,if a man does not have a strong will to win(get) the final victory,he will never succeed in his life.He is no more than a failure.
It is quite obvious that there is nothing difficult in the world.If you make up your mind to do it ,you will certainly accomplish your end .That stands to reason.
成功的要訣不是金錢而是一個(gè)堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的意志。一個(gè)大人物是一個(gè)具有堅(jiān)強(qiáng)意志和不屈不撓精神的人。換句話說(shuō)，如果一個(gè)人沒(méi)有堅(jiān)強(qiáng)意志去獲得最后的勝利，他終其一生永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)成功。他只不過(guò)是個(gè)失敗者。
很明顯，世界上并沒(méi)有難事。如果你下定決心去做，你一定會(huì)達(dá)到目的。那是顯而易見的。
