2017年12月1日是第30個世界艾滋病防治日（World AIDS Day），CD君（微信ID：chinadailywx）了解到，不久前，一款HIV匿名尿液檢測器在清華大學(xué)學(xué)生綜合服務(wù)樓的自動售賣機入駐了。
什么？艾滋檢測（HIV test）？還是匿名的？
在隨處可見的自動售賣機（vending machine）里，就可以直接購買檢測。是不是說，在下課之后，去售賣機里買瓶農(nóng)夫山泉的空檔，就可以順道檢測下自己是不是艾滋病毒攜帶者？
帶著疑問CD君（微信ID：chinadailywx）去問了一下和我一樣困惑的小伙伴，看看大家是怎么想的。
這個看上去像小藥盒的白盒子，就是用來檢測的套裝了。
市面上售價298元的套裝在海淀區(qū)高校只需30元即可買到。
為什么要在海淀區(qū)13所高校全部投放這些尿液匿名無關(guān)聯(lián)檢測服務(wù)包呢？

據(jù)北京海淀區(qū)疾病防控中心介紹，近年來海淀高校新增艾滋病報告病例數(shù)字呈持續(xù)上升趨勢，其中，學(xué)生感染HIV/AIDS人數(shù)增幅較快，在校園中感染途徑又以男男性行為為主。
高校里存在著這樣一種說法：一個受歡迎的男生，不僅要有一個女朋友，還要有一個男朋友。
雖然知道這是調(diào)侃，但還是讓人感到焦慮。
據(jù)專家介紹，男同性行為覺得不會懷孕，使用避孕套的比例不高，但是——

肛腸的粘膜薄而嬌嫩，毛細血管多而密，肛交時極易擦傷，精液里面的病毒就可能通過這些小傷口，進入人體內(nèi)繁殖。

直腸內(nèi)的堿性環(huán)境更適宜于病毒生存、繁殖。

直腸內(nèi)抗體分泌少，此處朗格漢斯細胞易被艾滋病病毒感染、感染后易繁殖。
? Anal sex without protection carries a higher risk of infection than vaginal intercourse.
可見，無套肛門交比陰道交，感染艾滋病的風險高得多。

但根據(jù)中國疾控中心性病艾滋病預(yù)防控制中心的數(shù)據(jù)， 2016年前9個月，全國對1.2億人次進行了艾滋病檢測。艾滋病感染大多數(shù)還是以異性性接觸感染人數(shù)最多，占比66.7%，94.3%是經(jīng)性途徑傳播，男男同性性接觸感染者占比27.5%。
那么，HIV到底是什么？
HIV stands for human immunodeficiency virus. It is the virus that can lead to acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, or AIDS, if not treated. Unlike some other viruses, the human body can’t get rid of HIV completely, even with treatment. So a person carries the virus forever.
根據(jù)美國疾病控制與預(yù)防中心的解釋，HIV是一種人類免疫缺損病毒。如果不進行治療，這種病毒就有可能導(dǎo)致獲得性免疫缺陷綜合癥（即艾滋病）。不同于其他類型的病毒，即使通過治療，人體也不能完全消除HIV病毒。所以一旦你成為HIV病毒攜帶者，它將陪伴你一生。
所以，HIV是一種病毒，但我們常說的AIDS，又是指什么呢？
AIDS is the most severe phase of HIV infection. People with AIDS have such a badly damaged immune system that they get an increasing number of severe illnesses, called opportunistic infections.
AIDS是HIV病毒感染的一種最嚴重階段。艾滋病患者的免疫系統(tǒng)被嚴重損壞，因此容易患上越來越多的嚴重疾病，所以艾滋病又被稱為機會感染。
但是不要太害怕，現(xiàn)在隨著醫(yī)療技術(shù)的進步，艾滋病的治療情況還是比較樂觀的。
With proper medical care, HIV can be controlled. Treatment for HIV is called antiretroviral therapy or ART. If taken the right way, every day, ART can dramatically prolong the lives of many people infected with HIV, keep them healthy, and greatly lower their chance of infecting others.
通過合理的治療，艾滋病是可控的。對HIV的治療被稱作抗逆轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒治療或者ART。如果每天接受正確的治療，ART能極大地延長HIV感染者的生命，讓他們健康生活，并極大降低感染他人的機率。
Before the introduction of ART in the mid-1990s, people with HIV could progress to AIDS (the last stage of HIV infection) in a few years. Today, someone diagnosed with HIV and treated before the disease is far advanced can live nearly as long as someone who does not have HIV.
在20世紀90年代，ART方法被引入之前，HIV感染者會在幾年中直接惡化感染艾滋?。℉IV病毒感染的最后一步）。如今，被診斷出HIV病毒的人如果在病情惡化前就接受治療，他幾乎可以同非HIV病毒攜帶者一樣長壽。
所以，寶寶們在日常生活中一定要多漲姿勢??！
