樂(lè),心一樂(lè),病都祛。心病還須心藥醫(yī),心不快樂(lè)空服藥,且來(lái)唱我快活歌,便是長(zhǎng)生不老藥?!贝朔Q“快樂(lè)祛病法”。這種快樂(lè)祛病法,是從實(shí)踐中總結(jié)出來(lái)的。\n 精神樂(lè)觀還能治病養(yǎng)病。那么,怎樣才是正常的樂(lè)呢? ????先看樂(lè)觀的具體表現(xiàn)。 ????《實(shí)用中醫(yī)保健學(xué)》一書(shū)中有較為詳細(xì)的描述,現(xiàn)摘錄于下: ????樂(lè)觀的表現(xiàn)分作情緒上的樂(lè)觀和意志上的樂(lè)觀,情緒上的樂(lè)觀主要表現(xiàn)在氣色、言語(yǔ)、行動(dòng)、眼神和意識(shí)等方面。 ????形于色。人體心情舒樂(lè),氣和志達(dá),則氣機(jī)暢流,血脈和利。外觀面紅膚潤(rùn),氣色含蓄協(xié)調(diào),精神煥發(fā),舌體紅潤(rùn)光澤附有薄白苔。 ????樂(lè)于言。言為心聲,心神喜樂(lè),則言必出于外。心神舒暢,氣機(jī)和調(diào),宗氣充足,呼吸均勻,必然會(huì)語(yǔ)言準(zhǔn)確,流利清楚,語(yǔ)調(diào)柔和,悅耳動(dòng)聽(tīng)。此謂:喜感于心,聲必欣悅;樂(lè)感于心,言必舒暢。 ????行于動(dòng)。神樂(lè)則五官四肢欲動(dòng)。心神司位,氣血各主,肌肉豐健,筋脈舒利,技巧自出,敏捷靈活。故表現(xiàn)出喜樂(lè)自然,談笑風(fēng)生,口有言,手有勢(shì),足有舞。此乃一樂(lè)生百趣。 ????彰于目。目為心靈的窗戶,傳神的靈機(jī)。心神昌樂(lè),五臟有藏,精氣上榮,則目光炯炯,黑白分明,啟閉自如,默默傳神,皆為悅愉的表現(xiàn)。 ????著于識(shí)。心神樂(lè)則心思有序,精神不亂,意識(shí)清楚,思維敏捷,善于分析,遇事不慌,主意多,辦法好,工作效率高。 ????意志上的樂(lè)觀表現(xiàn)深邃,如意志堅(jiān)決,以苦為樂(lè),常知足,善處事等。 ????意志堅(jiān),是精神意識(shí)樂(lè)觀的突出表現(xiàn)。大腦清醒,信念堅(jiān)定,方向明確,百折不撓,有奮斗到底為事業(yè)獻(xiàn)身的決心。行動(dòng)上,表現(xiàn)為不達(dá)目的誓不罷休。 ????苦為樂(lè)。此為意志樂(lè)觀的又一表現(xiàn)。有遠(yuǎn)大理想,并孜孜以求,為實(shí)現(xiàn)美好的理想,不怕一時(shí)生活的艱辛,或嘗皮肉之苦。且能以苦為樂(lè),奮發(fā)進(jìn)取。????常知足。古人說(shuō)知足常樂(lè)。知足,指對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)生活的適應(yīng)和滿足?!懊榔涫?,任其服,樂(lè)其俗,高下不相慕,其曰故日樸?!?《素問(wèn)·上古天真論》)樸者\(yùn)n 能隨風(fēng)俗,即:“棟垣何必要嵯峨”,“衣裳何必用綾羅”,“盤(pán)餐何必羨魚(yú)鵝”,“聚妻何必定嬌娥”,“養(yǎng)兒何必盡登科”(《延命金丹》)。 ????善處事。意志上樂(lè)觀者,能對(duì)人寬厚,對(duì)己克儉;能竭盡全力,團(tuán)結(jié)同事,搞好工作;能絕無(wú)損人之心,和善處事,使他人視之若親。牢記:“我虧人是禍,人虧我是福?!?????其次保持樂(lè)觀的常用方法。 ????-第一?應(yīng)“笑口常開(kāi)” ????-第二?避免孤獨(dú),注意交往 ????-第三?要學(xué)會(huì)幽默 ????-第四?要有好的環(huán)境 ????-第五?要培養(yǎng)好的性格 ????第一,應(yīng)“笑口常開(kāi)”。????這是因?yàn)閷?duì)健康長(zhǎng)壽者來(lái)講,笑是最優(yōu)美、最自然、最良好的自我保健運(yùn)動(dòng)。古往今來(lái)的老壽星,無(wú)不是笑口常開(kāi)的樂(lè)觀者。據(jù)現(xiàn)代科學(xué)分析,笑是一種有\(zhòng)n 益于人體的活動(dòng),笑一笑可以使人體內(nèi)的膈、胸、腹、心、肺甚至肝臟得到短暫的體育鍛煉,而且笑能使人全身機(jī)體肌肉放松,有利肺部擴(kuò)張,促進(jìn)血液循環(huán),消除\n 大腦皮層和中樞神經(jīng)的疲勞。難怪美國(guó)斯但福大學(xué)的威廉·弗賴依博士說(shuō):“笑是一種原地踏步的運(yùn)動(dòng),能使人延年益壽?!????在我國(guó)古書(shū)中記載以笑驅(qū)病。以樂(lè)健身的事例很多。相傳北宋時(shí)期,有一京官,未及花甲即體虛力衰,告老還鄉(xiāng)。一日,他偶聽(tīng)一藝人講說(shuō)趣話,被逗得笑\n 口常開(kāi)?;丶衣飞?,頓覺(jué)氣血平和,精神煥發(fā),走起路來(lái)腳步輕快許多。從此,他經(jīng)常攜老伴聽(tīng)藝人說(shuō)書(shū),倆人都感到受益不少。于是,翁嫗二人立下一條規(guī)矩,誰(shuí)\n 說(shuō)了煩心話或做了煩心事,即罰說(shuō)笑話一個(gè),若說(shuō)不笑者,加罰繞庭院疾步走三圈。從此,老夫婦身體日漸強(qiáng)壯,均壽高90余歲而卒。????當(dāng)今世界,對(duì)笑也是刮目相看,各種研究笑的機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。如“笑的天地”,“笑的聯(lián)盟”、“笑城”、“幽默協(xié)會(huì)”、“笑的中心”、“笑的廣場(chǎng)”等\n 等。在我國(guó),50年代就有人建議在醫(yī)院里設(shè)“相聲科”,用相聲這門(mén)笑的藝術(shù),對(duì)一些疾病進(jìn)行“笑療”,讓病人愉快地笑,在笑聲中忘卻疾病。????不過(guò),話又說(shuō)回來(lái),笑,雖然可祛病健身,但必須適度,必須懂得笑的宜忌。如懷孕期間的婦女,大笑時(shí)令腹部猛烈抽搐,容易造成早產(chǎn)或者流產(chǎn),故不宜\n 大笑。小孩在進(jìn)食時(shí),亦勿逗他大笑,否則食物容易誤落氣管內(nèi),嚴(yán)重的還要去醫(yī)院。有些曾接受過(guò)胸腔、腹腔、血管、心臟等外科大手術(shù)者,應(yīng)讓其安靜休養(yǎng),\n 一,般來(lái)說(shuō),5~7天內(nèi),不宜大笑。心肌粳塞的病患者,即使沒(méi)有急性發(fā)作,而在恢復(fù)期內(nèi)也不宜大笑。對(duì)于患腦血栓、腦溢血癥以及蛛網(wǎng)膜下出血的病人,更不\n 可縱情大笑。血壓高的病人,如果不加節(jié)制大笑,會(huì)使血壓陡升,從而誘發(fā)暈倒?;荚缙陴逇庹?,如果經(jīng)常大笑,會(huì)導(dǎo)致疝氣病加重,難以迅速?gòu)?fù)元。綜上所述,笑\n 必須有節(jié)制,必須因人而異,尤其是老年人,或有慢性疾患者。 ????第二,避免孤獨(dú),注意交往。 ????因?yàn)楣陋?dú)和孤僻,會(huì)給人帶來(lái)精神上的空虛和痛苦,必然會(huì)影響到中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的正常功能,使神經(jīng)一體液的調(diào)節(jié)失去平衡,免疫系統(tǒng)的防御機(jī)能下降。隨著機(jī)體內(nèi)在“防線”的崩潰,病邪的入侵也就有了可乘之機(jī)。????再則,孤獨(dú)和孤僻造成精神上的寂寞和頹廢,往往帶來(lái)舉動(dòng)上的自我摧殘?;蚪杈葡?,或以煙解悶……不一而足。美國(guó)賓夕法尼亞州有位婦女,兩年前丈\n 夫不幸病故。自此,她深感自己陷入了寂寥、凄寒的深淵,孤獨(dú)使她日漸消瘦,體重減少了22.6公斤,而且感到精疲力盡。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),美國(guó)70歲以下孤居的離婚\n 男子,心臟病、肺癌和胃癌的死亡率是非獨(dú)居者的兩倍,肝硬化的死亡率則為非孤居者的3倍。高血壓的死亡率大約為3倍??上攵?,煢煢孑立,形影相吊,是滋生疾病的根源之一。????又怎樣避免孤獨(dú)呢?方法是注意交往。因?yàn)榻煌侨祟惉F(xiàn)代社會(huì)的維生素。醫(yī)學(xué)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),交往不僅對(duì)個(gè)人的社會(huì)化和個(gè)性的發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用,對(duì)\n 每個(gè)人的生理和心理健康、生命的延續(xù),同樣起著至關(guān)重要的作用。正是交往,使得人們得以彼此交流感情。排遣孤寂;也正是交往,使人增添積極樂(lè)觀的情緒,產(chǎn)\n 生幸福感與滿足感。科學(xué)家經(jīng)過(guò)研究,證實(shí)人與人的社會(huì)接觸交往,可抑制大腦后下丘腦區(qū)的活動(dòng),降低乙酰膽堿、氫氧基皮質(zhì)酮(一種腎上腺皮質(zhì)內(nèi)分泌素)和兒\n 茶酚胺的分泌率。這些化學(xué)物質(zhì)能使人呼吸加快、心跳加速以及出現(xiàn)其他應(yīng)急的生理癥狀。 ????事實(shí)上,社會(huì)關(guān)系差對(duì)人健康的影響比吸煙、高血壓和肥胖更嚴(yán)重。這是因?yàn)?,社交能滿足人們精神方面的某種需要。人體為了保持身體健康,既需要營(yíng)養(yǎng)、體育、休息和生理等方面的滿足,也需要安全、友誼、成就、信任和尊重等精神方面的滿足,以保持良好的心理生理平衡。 ????第三,要學(xué)會(huì)幽默。????偉大導(dǎo)師列寧曾說(shuō)過(guò):“幽默是一種優(yōu)美的、健康的品質(zhì)?!庇哪蔷哂兄腔?、教養(yǎng)和道德上的優(yōu)越感的表現(xiàn)。幽默輕松,表達(dá)了人類征服憂患和困難的能\n 力,它是一種解脫,是對(duì)生活居高臨下的“輕松”審視。一個(gè)渾身洋溢著幽默的人,必定是一個(gè)樂(lè)天派。人們?cè)诂F(xiàn)實(shí)生活中,一定會(huì)遇到各種困難和矛盾,若以幽默\n 待之必會(huì)增添無(wú)窮妙意異趣。有這樣一個(gè)以幽默巧避“家庭戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)”的故事。古希臘偉大哲學(xué)家蘇格拉底的妻子,是一位脾氣暴躁的人。有一天,哲學(xué)家正和他的一群\n 學(xué)生談?wù)搶W(xué)術(shù)問(wèn)題,他妻子突然跑來(lái),不由分說(shuō)大罵一通,接著又提起裝滿水的水桶猛地一澆,把蘇格拉底全身都澆濕了。學(xué)生們以為老師一定會(huì)大怒,然而出乎意\n 料,他只笑了笑,風(fēng)趣他說(shuō)道:“我知道,響雷過(guò)去,一定會(huì)下雨的?!贝蠹衣?tīng)了,不禁哈哈大笑,他妻子也害羞地退了出去。????這種以幽默來(lái)處理家庭矛盾的方式,即使對(duì)方把弦繃得很緊,也會(huì)緩和下來(lái),作出熱情的反應(yīng)。醫(yī)學(xué)研究表明,幽默是一種積極的心理預(yù)防形式,善用幽默\n 的人最健康,因?yàn)橛哪苁谷诵那槭鏁?,能夠調(diào)節(jié)人們神經(jīng)中樞,有利于排泄積郁,解除疲勞和煩惱。所以,經(jīng)常生活在幽默風(fēng)趣的氣氛中,臉上經(jīng)常會(huì)顯現(xiàn)出健康\n 輕松的微笑。 ????第四,要有好的環(huán)境。 ????很難想象,惡劣的自然環(huán)境和社會(huì)環(huán)境,能使人心情愉快。因此,要經(jīng)常保持樂(lè)觀的情緒,必須創(chuàng)造優(yōu)美、舒適的自然環(huán)境和良好的社會(huì)環(huán)境。????符合心理衛(wèi)生的自然環(huán)境。大城市奇特的高大建筑,抬頭望去,使人精神振奮;鄉(xiāng)間樹(shù)林花叢中的瓦房小院,給你幽靜、安逸之感。這些,都給人們的心理\n 健康以積極有益的影響。對(duì)人情緒的影響莫過(guò)于氣候的變化了?,F(xiàn)代醫(yī)療氣象學(xué)研究表明,在烏云密布、濃霧籠罩、下雨或雪的時(shí)候,人們的精神常較散懶,甚至變\n 得無(wú)精打采、萎靡不振、意志消沉;而在萬(wàn)里晴空、陽(yáng)光燦爛的日子里,人們卻精神抖擻,異常爽快。 ????此外,居住環(huán)境亦能影響于人的情緒。若居住在一個(gè)陰暗、骯臟、凌亂、充滿刺激的色、音、味環(huán)境里,人們會(huì)顯得心煩意亂,勞神費(fèi)力;而在一個(gè)光明、整潔、井然有序的環(huán)境里,人們會(huì)心情舒暢,精神倍增。 會(huì)穩(wěn)定下來(lái)。????和睦的家庭總是洋溢著愛(ài)的暖流。親子之愛(ài)、夫妻之愛(ài)足可溶解郁積心頭的苦悶與煩惱;快樂(lè)、和諧的生活氣氛能夠一掃愁云,使人樂(lè)觀向上,心胸開(kāi)闊。\n 相反,惡劣的家庭環(huán)境卻是發(fā)生心理疾病的溫床。有人調(diào)查,精神病院的住院病人中,有50%左右的患者是夫妻不和、親子反目造成的。 ????第五,要培養(yǎng)好的性格。????醫(yī)學(xué)研究證明,人的性格與疾病的關(guān)系極為密切。不少人受先天遺傳和后天生活的影響,形成了有害于身體健康的某些性格特征。如性情急躁。喜勝好強(qiáng),\n 簡(jiǎn)稱A型性格的人,易患心臟病。美國(guó)史坦福大學(xué)心理學(xué)專家索倫森博士說(shuō):“改變性格,這在成年人決不是輕而易舉,可一蹴而就的。不過(guò),一旦他們認(rèn)真開(kāi)始改\n 正,很快就會(huì)嘗到甜頭。他們不再終日緊張、忙亂,疲于奔命;他們學(xué)著有張有弛,有勞有逸,開(kāi)始關(guān)心周圍事物,培養(yǎng)新的興趣,增多了和妻子兒女接觸交往的時(shí)\n 心臟病病人,不僅癥狀越來(lái)越輕,工作和社會(huì)關(guān)系也越來(lái)越好,這都有助于他們自覺(jué)地在改變性格上繼續(xù)努力,爭(zhēng)取鞏固?!????不僅心臟病的產(chǎn)生和變化與性格有關(guān),其他疾病的發(fā)展變化亦同樣和性格有關(guān),如癌癥不經(jīng)治療而自行消失者大多是性格樂(lè)觀、無(wú)憂無(wú)慮的人。高血壓會(huì)因\n 患者性格急躁、容易激動(dòng)而加劇,也能因患者性格平和、情緒穩(wěn)定而好轉(zhuǎn)。性格脆弱者會(huì)因一次精神上的打擊而發(fā)生精神病,而性格堅(jiān)強(qiáng)、凡事處之泰然者則不易得\n 病。 ????總上所述,要使人經(jīng)常保持愉快的心情,首先要養(yǎng)成樂(lè)天的性格,培養(yǎng)自己成為一個(gè)樂(lè)觀、風(fēng)趣、幽默、詼諧、性格開(kāi)朗的人。要求遇事從大處著想,不因小事而煩惱,不計(jì)較個(gè)人得失,胸懷坦蕩,思想開(kāi)闊,保持良好的人際關(guān)系。 \n "}
