一、工作亮點(diǎn):????? 1、備課強(qiáng)調(diào)教師潛心研讀教材。????? 羅塘小學(xué)本學(xué)期沒(méi)有實(shí)行集體備課,其目的是促使教師研讀教材,防止教師產(chǎn)生惰性。為了發(fā)揮教師的主動(dòng)性和積極性,三月份中旬對(duì)四至六年級(jí)的語(yǔ)文、數(shù)學(xué)、英語(yǔ)三門(mén)學(xué)科教案,實(shí)行組內(nèi)成員評(píng)比打分,評(píng)選出優(yōu)秀教案,打成電子教案。為下一學(xué)年集體備課儲(chǔ)備資料。這次檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)被檢教師的備課比較認(rèn)真,比較實(shí)在,是為課堂教學(xué)服務(wù)而備課,而非抄教案。隨堂聽(tīng)課的課堂教學(xué)流程與備課基本是一致的。教案的撰寫(xiě)詳實(shí),有計(jì)劃,有章節(jié)重難點(diǎn)及安排,對(duì)教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)比較完整,數(shù)學(xué)新授課有教學(xué)反思。????? 2、教師使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)的積極性有所提高。????? 羅塘小學(xué)五、六年級(jí)每個(gè)班教室配置了電視機(jī)、電腦,實(shí)現(xiàn)了“班班通”。建立了“遠(yuǎn)程教育資源庫(kù)”,由專人教師下載了教學(xué)資源,為教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)提供了便利。學(xué)校有規(guī)定,五、六年級(jí)教師每學(xué)期網(wǎng)上教學(xué)每人30次;一、二年級(jí)具備了光盤(pán)教學(xué)的條件,每個(gè)教師每學(xué)期光盤(pán)教學(xué)15次。每次利用遠(yuǎn)程教育資源的教學(xué)活動(dòng)都要求記載,這些措施對(duì)提高教師的現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù),發(fā)揮遠(yuǎn)程教育資源的作用是行之有效的。????? 3、學(xué)生的作業(yè)書(shū)寫(xiě)習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)抓得實(shí)。????? 從學(xué)生的作業(yè)書(shū)寫(xiě)、單元試卷錯(cuò)題的分析與糾正來(lái)看,平時(shí)教師能嚴(yán)格要求學(xué)生書(shū)寫(xiě)工整,作業(yè)及試卷中的錯(cuò)題及時(shí)糾正。從學(xué)生聽(tīng)講情緒及坐姿、課堂行為看,教師平時(shí)注重一些學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng),如語(yǔ)文課上圈劃重點(diǎn)句、優(yōu)美詞語(yǔ);課前查找資料、預(yù)習(xí)課文,課后積累好詞好句。????? 二、存在的不足:????? 1、學(xué)生測(cè)試卷能全批全改,并有訂正痕跡,但教師無(wú)試卷講評(píng)與分析記錄。????? 2、學(xué)生作業(yè)能全批全改,語(yǔ)文作業(yè)每課一練,數(shù)學(xué)作業(yè)能按作業(yè)要求完成作業(yè)量。作文每單元一篇,全批全改,但是批改評(píng)語(yǔ)比較簡(jiǎn)單,缺乏指導(dǎo)性的建議,賞識(shí)的語(yǔ)言。含“趣味性”“開(kāi)放性”的作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)較少,多數(shù)是統(tǒng)一性的基礎(chǔ)題。作業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)基本上是“優(yōu)”“良”等級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)。????? 3、教師的統(tǒng)考科目備課詳實(shí),但其他科目的備課只備本章節(jié)或本節(jié)課的教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)。學(xué)期教學(xué)計(jì)劃、教學(xué)進(jìn)度安排等沒(méi)有記載。????? 4、教學(xué)常規(guī)檢查每月一次,有記錄,從記錄內(nèi)容來(lái)看,只記載了備課進(jìn)度,作業(yè)次數(shù)及考試次數(shù),實(shí)質(zhì)性的評(píng)價(jià)或意見(jiàn)少。????? 5、教研活動(dòng)開(kāi)展正常,且校長(zhǎng)每次活動(dòng)都參與。但在交流環(huán)節(jié),教師缺乏主動(dòng)性。????? 三、幾點(diǎn)建議:????? 從教師座談會(huì)和學(xué)生座談會(huì)了解的情況來(lái)看,反映出一些普遍性問(wèn)題值得我們深思:????? 1、學(xué)生渴望上好信息課、體育課。但是學(xué)校的電腦老化,加之微機(jī)房條件有限,信息技術(shù)課上得少。農(nóng)村小學(xué)體育課自由活動(dòng)較多,這種“放羊式”體育教學(xué)一方面緣于學(xué)校體育師資嚴(yán)重不足,另一方面緣于教師不重視,上課不規(guī)范。建議教研室今后開(kāi)展一些非統(tǒng)考科目的教學(xué)培訓(xùn)或比賽活動(dòng),以此引領(lǐng)非統(tǒng)考科目的教學(xué)更科學(xué)、更規(guī)范。????? 2、學(xué)校重視依托校本教研促進(jìn)教師的專業(yè)成長(zhǎng),做到了活動(dòng)有計(jì)劃,有記錄,有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)親自參與,有新課標(biāo)的理論學(xué)習(xí),有優(yōu)秀教案的評(píng)比。但這種有形式的教研活動(dòng),并不是教師最樂(lè)意參與,受益最大的教研活動(dòng)。不少教師反映同事之間的隨時(shí)交流要比常規(guī)的教研活動(dòng)更有效,大家樂(lè)意參與同學(xué)科同年級(jí)教師的教學(xué)交流。建議教研室完善教育論壇中的網(wǎng)絡(luò)備課室,鼓勵(lì)教師積極開(kāi)展校際間的教研交流,參與課前教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)大討論,課后教學(xué)反思交流。????? 3、盡管學(xué)校在教學(xué)常規(guī)和校本教研中采取了積極的措施,但在實(shí)施過(guò)程中,因缺乏理論支撐,專家引領(lǐng),教研活動(dòng)停留在淺層次的理論學(xué)習(xí)、上課、聽(tīng)課、評(píng)課方面,缺乏持續(xù)的專題研究。如果“磨課”“同課異構(gòu)”沒(méi)有研究主題,不解決教學(xué)中的突出問(wèn)題,這樣的教研活動(dòng)就顯得蒼白。在這次教師座談會(huì),教師對(duì)“當(dāng)前學(xué)校教研活動(dòng)的最突出的問(wèn)題”談不出什么,只是希望教研室多送課下鄉(xiāng),多上些切合農(nóng)村學(xué)校的常態(tài)課。教師對(duì)教研員的指導(dǎo)有著十分強(qiáng)烈的需求,可是老師們?cè)诂F(xiàn)實(shí)中得到他們的幫助卻十分有限。因此,我認(rèn)為教研室要堅(jiān)持開(kāi)展專題教研活動(dòng)及送課下鄉(xiāng)活動(dòng),發(fā)揮示范引領(lǐng)作用,帶出一批具有團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神及教研能力的教研隊(duì)伍。????? 4、單元檢測(cè)既是學(xué)生所學(xué)知識(shí)的檢測(cè)與延伸,也是教師教學(xué)質(zhì)量的反饋,單元試卷的設(shè)計(jì)與運(yùn)用在一定程度上指導(dǎo)著教學(xué)。羅塘小學(xué)教師反映教研室印發(fā)的單元試卷要加強(qiáng)導(dǎo)向性,要立足文本設(shè)計(jì)扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)訓(xùn)練,緊扣文本設(shè)計(jì)適度的拓展練習(xí),超越文本設(shè)計(jì)適量的綜合練習(xí)。高陂小學(xué)常規(guī)檢查情況?????
