Part I. How to Write Self-introduction
1. Brief Introduction (簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明)
自我介紹是向別人展示你自己的一個(gè)重要手段，自我介紹好不好，直接關(guān)系到你給別人的第一印象的好壞及以后交往的順利與否。 按照使用的語(yǔ)言來(lái)劃分：可以分為口頭的和書面的。我們這里主要講書面方面的自我介紹。
自我介紹是推銷自己和組織形象的一種重要方法和手段。介紹得當(dāng)，可以給人留下深刻而良好的第一印象，取得別人對(duì)自己的了解、信任和支持。介紹不當(dāng)，則會(huì)帶來(lái)許多麻煩，甚至?xí)鼓阍瓉?lái)的努力白費(fèi)。在正式介紹之前，應(yīng)面帶微笑，然后說(shuō)：“請(qǐng)?jiān)试S我向您介紹”或“請(qǐng)讓我介紹一下”，“請(qǐng)?jiān)试S我自我介紹一下”等。這樣的表達(dá)方式，給聽(tīng)者留下謙虛、有禮、文明、高雅的印象。自我介紹時(shí)，態(tài)度要謙恭，語(yǔ)言要得體。自我介紹時(shí)，既不要夸張，也不必過(guò)謙。做到這一點(diǎn)，可以借鑒的方法主要有三種；
第一種是自知。對(duì)待別人的贊譽(yù)要冷靜，對(duì)自己應(yīng)嚴(yán)格地剖析，做出讓人信服的自我評(píng)價(jià)。
第二種是自謙。自我介紹中，應(yīng)盡可能不用或少用“很”、“非常”、“第一”、“極”等過(guò)于極端的修飾詞。言過(guò)其實(shí)，夸夸其談，會(huì)給人以極壞的印象。
第三種是自嘲。在自我介紹中偶用自我嘲諷，即自我貶低和自我揶揄，效果往往會(huì)出人意料地好。當(dāng)然，自我貶低中應(yīng)含著一點(diǎn)自解、自慰、幽默、含蓄和智慧，自我揶揄中可露出一絲自信和自得，這樣既可使語(yǔ)言增添風(fēng)趣，又不流于自夸、俗套和油滑。
2. The Outline of Self-introduction

第一步：?jiǎn)柡蜷_頭。

第二步：客套一翻。
e.g. Firstly, thank you for your attendance. Or It’s my great pleasure/honor to have this opportunity to give a recommendation running to ***(職位名稱)of ***（意向公司或單位）.
第三步：介紹基本信息，包括姓名、年齡、畢業(yè)院校和專業(yè)等。
e.g. My (English/Chinese) name is Tim. I’ve graduated from Sichuan University and my major is ***（專業(yè)名稱）.
第四步：切入要點(diǎn)，講明你來(lái)此的目的。
e.g. I have always been eager to serve (the company/organization)in a better way and I am confident that I am qualified for the post of ***(職位的名稱).
第五步：A. 如果你是應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生，你需總結(jié)學(xué)習(xí)歷程和在校參加的社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，說(shuō)明獲獎(jiǎng)情況以及取得何種資格證書等。
e.g. During my college, I have solid academic performance about***（院系）and I am good at ***（主修科目）. I have obtained *** certificates.
B. 如果你是有工作經(jīng)歷的人，你需總結(jié)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或社會(huì)體驗(yàn)， 闡述你在以前公司的工作業(yè)績(jī)和你離開公司的原因。
e.g. last but the least, I even have some working experience in ***（職位）, and *** years ago, I worked in *** （公司）。Because I want to ***(說(shuō)出離開前任公司的理由)。
第六步：個(gè)性說(shuō)明。
e.g. As for my character, I am a (e.g. responsible, honest, dynamic ……) person.
第七步：愛(ài)好情況(最好是與你所應(yīng)聘職位相關(guān)的)。
e.g. I have many hobbies, which include ***(愛(ài)好有多少寫多少) .
第八步：表達(dá)自信和愿望。
e.g. I firmly believe that my strength will contribute to the ***(公司) if I am the ***(職位)或if I get the job.
第九步：表示感謝。
e.g. Thank you for giving me this chance.
Notice: Every self-introduction is different from one another. This outline of self-introduction is just for reference. You can write it according to your own situation. It is not necessary for you to follow it totally. But during the interview, the most important thing is to remember to communicate with the interviewee, keeping a smile and keeping your talks interesting and funny.
