As the saying goes, sleep benefits people's health, especially for women, who need adequate sleep and good sleep posture. In daily life, about 21 bad sleeping habits may accelerate ageing.
No. 1 Go to sleep with a squiffed situation are likely to cause heart disease and high blood pressure.
No. 2 People who are angry before going to sleep are difficult to have a good sleep, because they may experience shortness of breath.
