Remember, force would rather be light, not heavy( to drive the skin is OK). Rather slow not fast (Each turn is not less than one second). The continuous rubbing of each part is not more than two minutes .
2. Gently tap at the site in need of treatment with five fingertips.
3. Move very slowly above required treatment site with a very slight way .Its power is not more than three grams(between touch and notouch). This is also called the inductive method. The whole palm of your hand can do the inductive method in the entire chest. This feeling is very comfortable. If you do not believe, you can now try. At this moment you must remove any distractions and feel it with your heart.
At specific treatment, the dorsum of the inverted child and the left and right of our body are accordant, including the upper and lower limbs. As to the inverted child’s front, we don’t have to consider left or right ( because the front has both left and right.)
The following are some specific examples of treatment. If you have a situation as below, you would follow suit.
1. If the head is unwell, you may gently press the xiphoid process. Because of little xiphoid process area, a finger is OK. Usually it will be in effect in a minute or so.
2. If the left knee joint pains, you can rub the middle of the left collarbone with the right hand( This is a diffuse bending) . Similarly, if the right knee joint pains, you can rub the right collarbone with the left hand. The inside and outside of the clavicle should be rubbed. The clavicle had better be sandwiched in two fingers pulp when you are rubbing.
3. If you have gynecological inflammation (Sexual dysfunction are also the same)，you should put your hand on the outside of the chest( the inverted child’s pelvic cavity ). Your palm should face the armpit and drive the muscles around the armpit, slowly doing the rotating movement. Twice a day, every two minutes. Left and right armpit have to be done. Then put your hand on the sternum( the inverted child’s spine), do the rotating and rubbing for two minutes.
4. If you have periarthritis humeroscapularis, you can look for the pain points along the nearby lower edge in the turn of the costal arch and rub. Usually it will be in effect in a minute. If the left shoulder has problems, you need find left costal arch. And if the right shoulder does, you should find right costal arch.
5. If it is tennis elbow, 11th costal bone’s tip is the treatment site. (This is the inverted child’s elbow.)
6. If abdominal pain or diarrhea, you can combine the four fingers and rub outside the upper of left and right chest. (This is the inverted child’s abdomen)
7. If your throat is ill, or you have a sore throat or cough, you just need gently rub the part between the xiphoid process and the the body of sternum with a single finger. It still has effect even through a thin layer of clothes .
Chest inverted child therapy can cure a great many diseases . Here are just a few simple examples.
IV. Progress on the chest inverted child therapy
1. Chiropractic
