Establishing Good Habits
So why should someone who is goging to work at the appointed hour think that he or she is fully prepared for the day?
What you should be doing is arriving at work a half hour early and getting all your social conversations out of your way,getting your newspapers read,getting your coffee poured,so when the workday starts you are ready. When the workday is in progress that shoud be where all your energy is foused.
You can have the best intentions in the world.You can work hard and be disciplined.You can put in long hours.You can have good self-esteem and a positive attitude,too.
You can think you're doing everything in your power to be more successful.But if you are only reinforcing bad habits then it's all counter-productive.
So when you discover a bad habit you must also do what is necessary to break it.You must do this as quickiy as possible,as bad habits get harder to correct the more entrenched they become.If you look at any list of successful people, you'll invariably find they reached the top because they developed good habits, then used them to their advantage.

因此,發(fā)現(xiàn)壞習(xí)慣后,你應(yīng)當(dāng)采取必要的措施去改正它。應(yīng)當(dāng)盡快為之,應(yīng)為壞習(xí)慣一旦鞏固下來就會難以改正。
