(Part 1)—Self Confidence and SelfEsteem are necessary Qualities in life. But they have to be charged with theenergy of Love. If you use Love as your Guide, you will have Self Confidenceand Self Esteem without becoming arrogant with false pride and egoism. Thisself confidence would be only a mask, to hide the lack of true self confidenceand love. You will use this mask to impress others and prevent them to see yourtrue self and your weakness.

(Part 2)—On the other hand, if youhave a weak self confidence, you can be a victim of people or situations, andfall in a depression. If you have a healthy Self Confidence and Self Esteem, itmeans that you have self love. It means that you express yourself, withouthaving the fear that others have another opinion of you, or that somebody wouldfeel insulted. If somebody feels insulted even when you talk out of love, thanthis person has an inner blockade that has to be healed. It is hisresponsibility and his life-lesson.

(Part 3)—Your responsibility is tocommunicate with the heart-energy. Every word you speak, has to be charged withthe energy of Love. Even when you say something strong and direct. Your motiveinside has to be Love-Energy. You have always the right to defense yourself.Many people are brainwashed from earth-religions, to “offerthe other cheek to receive a punch”. This was inventedby the church sects, in order to keep the people under control and enslavement.

(Part 4)—If you have spiritual SelfConfidence and Self Esteem out of Love, you know what you want and believe inyourself. You are an individual with a clear vision of what you want and youknow what steps you have to do, in order to achieve your wish. You will notmeasure yourself and your wishes, with the wishes of other people. You willfollow your own Life plan, your own path.

(Part 5)—You will be not influenced bythe negative patterns or believe systems of earth society. You will be acreator and not an earth society robot. You will not only talk, but also takeactions. And your words and actions will radiate your inner qualities of yoursoul: Love, Wisdom, Beauty, Joy. You will be free of believe-systems on earth,and you will find the truth out of your own experiences.
5.你不會(huì)被地球社會(huì)上的消極模式和信仰系統(tǒng)的影響而左右。你會(huì)成為一個(gè)創(chuàng)造者，而非地球社會(huì)下的”機(jī)器人”。你不止空談，而且行動(dòng)。你的一言一行都會(huì)散發(fā)出你內(nèi)在靈魂的品質(zhì)：愛，智慧，美，歡樂。你會(huì)擺脫地球上的信仰系統(tǒng)，你會(huì)通過你自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)找到真理。
(Part 6)—There are two types of a SelfConfidence and Self Esteem blockades. The one type is, when a soul has chosento have this experience, in order to listen more to the thoughts and feelings,to learn how to be later more Self Confidence in a positive way. If you try toheal those shy persons too soon, this person will start to be arrogant to otherpeople. A healing should always be in coordination with the Karma and Life planof a person.

(Part 7)-–The other type is, when thenegative influence of people around you has created this Self Confidencedamage. And this type is more common on planet earth. In the first 5 years, achild is influenced a lot by the character, feelings and actions of theparents. If the parents show real love to the child, the child understands thatit is loveable. This feeling and energy of real love, creates the foundation forSelf Confidence and Self Esteem.
7.另一種類型是，你周圍人群的負(fù)面影響損害了你的自信心。地球上這種類型更為常見。生命的最初五年里，孩子會(huì)受到父母的性格，感覺和行為的極大影響。如果父母給予孩子真正的愛，孩子會(huì)理解那是愛。這種真正的愛的感覺和能量，構(gòu)成了自信也自尊的基礎(chǔ)。
(Part 8)–-Self Confidence damage begins, when the childexperience negative thoughts and energies from the family members and the closeenvironment. Many negative and immature people want to have control and powerover others and steal their energy. Sometimes, this starts even in thechildhood, when the immature parents are treating the child without real love,treating the child like a slave or property, with no respect and program itwith fear, wrong rules and expectations of themselves. And this is creating abig psychological damage to the child that last even when this person is anadult.
8.當(dāng)孩子經(jīng)驗(yàn)到來自家庭成員和周遭環(huán)境的負(fù)面想法和能量時(shí)，自信心開始受到損害。許多消極的，不成熟的人想要控制和壓制他人并竊取他們的能量。有時(shí)候，這一情況甚至開始于童年，一些不成熟的父母沒有用真愛對待孩子，反而象奴隸和財(cái)政一樣對待他們，沒有尊重，用恐嚇，錯(cuò)誤的規(guī)則來期望孩子們。而這會(huì)對孩子造成極大的心理傷害，甚至伴隨一個(gè)人到成年。
(Part 9)-–Those people can bemanipulated and destabilized, even by a look of disapproval. They immediatelyenter in a weak state of doubt, which is making them unable and unwilling tocure the problem. If you do not express yourself, you have an energy blockadeand this can lead to toxins, cancer or heart problems in your body. It takes alot of love and patience to heal this blockage.

(Part 10)-–Many People with a lack ofSelf Esteem and Self Love, do not like life, and like to create problems, inorder to continue living in sorrow and depression, because they are programmedto live that way from the society. That’s why they liketo wear black clothes or clothes that look like a garbage bag. They don’t take care of themselves. Others are eating too much, to fill upthe lack of love they are feeling inside.
10.許多缺少自尊和自愛的人，不喜歡生活，喜歡制造問題，為了繼續(xù)生活在悲哀和沮喪中，因?yàn)樗麄儽簧鐣?huì)程式化成只會(huì)那樣的生活。那就是他們?yōu)槭裁聪矚g穿黑色衣服或者穿著的像個(gè)垃圾袋。他們沒有照顧好自己。還有些人暴食物，為了填補(bǔ)他們內(nèi)心缺乏的愛。
(Part 11)-–Others are harming themselveswith cigarettes, drugs, alcohol and other dangerous things. Most of the smokershad or have problems with the mother, and are using the cigarette as apacifier/breast substitute. They have never experienced real Love. With thesepoisons they are destroying not only the physical body, but also their naturalenergy protection around the body, the light of the aura.
11.還有些人通過香煙，毒品，酒精和其他危險(xiǎn)的東西傷害他們自己。大部分吸煙的人或多或少都與他們的母親有問題，借由吸煙獲得撫慰/替代**。他們從未體驗(yàn)過真正的愛。這些毒品不但損害物理身體，而且損害他們的自然能量保護(hù)盾，人體光環(huán)。
(Part 12)-–Self Confidence and SelfEsteem charged with the energy of love, can clean up all blockades. Real CosmicLove is the solution for everything. And in order to use Love Energy, you haveto be in contact with your true self, your inner self, your soul. In that wayyou can create a powerful light and clear awareness about your values andtalents, and you will not be dependent on the validations and appraisals ofothers.
12.充滿愛的能量的自信和自尊，能夠清理所有的阻礙。真正的宇宙之愛是解決一切問題的辦法。為了使用愛的能量，那你一定要接觸到你的真我，內(nèi)在的自我，你的靈魂。那樣你就能夠創(chuàng)造出強(qiáng)大的光并且清楚的意識到你的價(jià)值和天賦，而再不必依賴他人的評判和肯定。
(Part 13)—You will not harm yourselfand you will be true to yourself. You will use truly your heart and you willhave SELF LOVE. The most important is the development of the heart. You have toeliminate everything that creates negative energy, depression or fear in yourlife.The best is to stay away from negative people who want to control,suppress or manipulate you.
13.你不會(huì)傷害自己并且你會(huì)真實(shí)的對待自己。你會(huì)真正的用心，擁有自愛。最重要的是心靈的發(fā)展。你必須清除掉所有的在你生命中產(chǎn)生負(fù)面能量的，令你沮喪或是恐懼的事物。最好的方式是遠(yuǎn)離那些想要控制，壓抑或是操縱你的負(fù)面消極的人。
