8、附言（Postscript）：
一封信寫完了，突然又想起遺漏的事情，這時用P.S.表示，再寫上遺漏的話即可，要長話短說。通常在信末簽名下面幾行的左方，應(yīng)于正文齊頭。
注意：在正式的信函中，應(yīng)避免使用附言。

信件如果有附件，可在信紙的左下角，注上Encl：或Enc：
