Where does pressure come from?
Heavy work is not responsible for it. It's created by yourself.
Your emotion is totally controlled by your mind.
You feel stressed.You think you have suffered losses,
or have profited from some association.
All of these are your thoughts, your mental activities,
and your body itself doesn't have any emotion.
