A MAN snuck into a girls’ dormitory room and slashed students with a knife today at Dianchi College of Yunnan University in Kunming, capital of southwest China’s Yunnan Province, Yunnan.cn reported. At least two girls were reportedly injured and the attacker was in the custody of police.
The man entered a room on the second floor of the No. 3 girls’ dormitory building on campus around noon and slashed the girls in the room. He was the boyfriend of one of the injured girls and was not a student at the university, according to the report.
The injured girls were rushed to the hospital for treatment. The number of injured students was not immediately clear. The case is under investigation.
