12月10日—15日，萬眾矚目的第三屆海上絲綢之路國際藝術(shù)節(jié)將在泉州舉行！這場以海絲藝術(shù)、非遺瑰寶為主線的藝術(shù)盛會再一次聚焦了全世界的目光。
當前中華人民共和國文化部認定的國際藝術(shù)節(jié)僅有三個，包括上海國際藝術(shù)節(jié)、西安陸上絲綢之路國際藝術(shù)節(jié)，另外一個就是永久落戶泉州的海上絲綢之路國際藝術(shù)節(jié)。

伴隨著海上絲綢之路，各國使節(jié)、商人、傳教士的頻繁往來，古波斯、阿拉伯、印度和東南亞等多種文化在泉州廣泛傳播，并與中原文化、古閩越文化、域外文化、華僑文化、宗教文化、海洋文化等等匯合交融，形成泉州獨有的東西方文明兼容并蓄、多元文化相熔一爐的文化奇觀。
With the frequent exchanges of diplomatic envoys, businessmen and missionaries from different countries along the Maritime Silk Road, cultures of ancient Persia, Arabia, India and Southeast Asia were widely spread in Quanzhou, which integrated with the Central Plains culture, ancient Fujian culture, foreign culture, overseas Chinese culture, religious culture and marine culture, forming the unique phenomenon of Eastern and Western civilization’s inclusiveness and multi-cultural melting.
南音源于唐，成于宋，是中國歷史最悠久的漢族古樂，入選聯(lián)合國教科文組織“人類非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)代表作名錄”；泉州提線木偶戲，入選聯(lián)合國保護非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)公約“優(yōu)秀實踐名冊”。
Nanyin Music, considered as the oldest Chinese ancient music, originated in the Tang Dynasty and peaked in the Song Dynasty, was inscribed on the Representative List of Intangible Heritage of Humanity; QuanZhou String puppet playing was selected on the Register of Good Safeguarding Practices of UNESCO.
