動作要領(lǐng):右腳向前上步成右弓步的同時右拳后擺、左手成抓拉姿勢,虎口向右;左轉(zhuǎn)身成左弓步的同時,左手抓拉收于腰間,揮動右臂屈肘向左下猛砸,大臂夾緊,小臂略平,拳心向上。
用途:砸、壓肘關(guān)節(jié)。
動作要領(lǐng):左膝深屈,右腿伸直,右拳變立掌置于左胸前,左拳抱于腰間,上體傾成左仆步;右手變勾,經(jīng)右腳面向后摟手外撥后擺轉(zhuǎn)身成右弓步,同時左手變掌由后向前猛撩,掌心向上,目視前方。
用途:勾手摟賜,撩掌打襠。
動作要領(lǐng):左腳向前上步,左手變?nèi)蠐踝o頭,拳高于頭,拳眼向下,身體稍下蹲的同時,右拳向前下猛力沖出,拳心向下,右腿自然跟上屈膝;左拳變掌砍切右手腕的同時,右腳前掃,右拳收于腰間,拳心向上;右腿后絆成左弓步,同時右拳變掌下按,掌心向下,虎口向里,同時左掌變?nèi)沼谘g。
用途:擊檔、腹部,推胸彈腿。
動作要領(lǐng):右掌變?nèi)凵蠐跬飧?,右腳向前上步,同時左拳向前猛力沖出,拳心向下;右拳變掌前插,左手抓握右手腕的同時,右掌變?nèi)?,兩手合力回拉下壓,右肩前頂,成右弓步,目視前下方?br>
用途:由后擊腰鎖喉。
